Wedding Party

Chelsea - Maid of Honor
Hi I'm Chelsea! I'm Kassidy's older sister. The first day I met her I was so excited, I fell off the hospital bed. Growing up we had some fond memories such as the Canada song and the lady yelling at us to put the frog back in the pond on our camping trip. Although growing up I acted too cool for my little sister, I still always thought highly of her deep down. Now that we're older, I'd like to think of Kassidy as not only my sister but my good friend as well. I'm very proud of my ambitious, caring and beautiul sister. I'm so happy she and David found one another and cannot wait to share the couples big day!
Jen - Maid of Honor
Ms Jen Baker is the elder sister of the groom, and lives in their hometown of Pittsford, NY. She works as a Pediatric Dental Hygienist and is the proud cat mom of Bandit and Rex’s cousin, Ryder. She values her close relationship with David and Kassidy, even from states away. Jen knows Kassidy is the greatest gift this world has given David, and she is endlessly grateful for all that they are and will grow to be. After years of school and work coming first, it’s time to celebrate them!
Kyle - Best Man
My friendship with David was forged in the heat of highschool. Where we dominated our English class with Mr. Shafer, suffered together through our Social Studies class with Mr. Khort, and he carried me through our Math class with Mrs. Stradley. David has been there for me in ways I can't describe, more times than I could count. I can't think of someone who would be a better life partner for him than Kassidy, they just mesh so well. So thank you, Kassidy, for stepping into David’s life. And thank you, David, for asking me to be one of your best men. They both have given us so many reasons to celebrate them and their accomplishments, I can't wait for November!
Syd - Best Man
Syd and David’s paths luckily crossed over when they were both back in high school. A bonfire at a friend's house died down and everyone went home, but neither of them were done chatting. Over 10 years have passed since that night. Despite several moves to several states between the two of them, they have remained close friends ever since and adopted the name for our trio’s (Kyle) friendship: the Real Big Grapes. Syd now lives in Vermont, enjoying the perks of being closer to family and taking advantage of the outdoors that New England has to offer.
Lauren - Bridesmaid
Hi, I’m Lauren! I met David at a critical point in my personal development back in 2016, when his level of kindness & friendship had such a significant impact on my growth. When he and Kassidy connected in medical school, I remember how excited he was for his friends to meet her. She quickly went from my pal’s girl friend, to a treasured life-long friend of mine. Kassidy and I bond over music, psychology, the human condition, and most of all, our shared chatty nature. The love & care she brings to our friendship makes me believe in the good in people. I am beyond lucky to have such fiercely supportive & consistent friends, and am honored to be a part of their special day.
Laura - Bridesmaid
Laura grew up in Buffalo and met Kassidy and David in medical school. Now she is a psychiatry resident in Nashville and so happy to be able to celebrate this day with her friends!
Vinny - Groomsmen
Before David and I were ever introduced, Oliver (please see: Groomsman Oliver) would talk about how he met this awesome guy named David and he couldn't wait for us all to hang out. Oliver and I were best friends already so I knew to be skeptical of his judgment, but to my surprise, he was spot on. David and I hit it off immediately, bonding heavily over Mario Strikers and Bioshock, and subsequently spent every day together afterwards. I couldn't be happier that he has found someone in Kassidy that he can share his life with. David is one of the best guys I have ever known and am honored to call him a true friend.
Oliver - Groomsmen
Tall, dark and handsome with an almost respectable credit score. I judge a person not by their character but by their favorite shows. David and my love affair began in college when we both walked into a canceled physics lecture. As we bonded over our blunder, we agreed to become study partners because physics made my brain hurt. What started as study buddies quickly became a lasting friendship, hanging out everyday together just being silly and enjoy our time in college. Reflecting now, almost 10 years later I can't help but feel grateful for the friendship that never wilted even when I'm on the other side of the country from you. You're not only one of my best friends but the brother I'm forever proud of. You deserve everything you've worked for and to have someone as awesome as Kassidy to share your life with!
